Manchester’s Valentine’s Funfair at Heaton Park

Carousel Funfairs are spreading a little love this February half term with a Valentine’s Funfair promising a huge selection of fairground rides and attractions at lower prices! Admission to Manchester’s Valentine’s Fair is free and will open daily from 12 noon until 5pm next to the boating lake at Heaton Park on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th February and from Saturday 16th February daily through until Sunday 24th February 2019. Valentine’s Splat Messy Play in Irlam

Valentine’s themed messy play at Lady James’ Community Hall in Irlam on Friday 15th February, 10.45am – 11.45am for children aged six months and above. Splat take away the hassle of messy play at home and provide families with a welcoming environment where the children can explore, create, touch, taste and feel gloop, sand, playdough, paint, crafts, glitter, slime and water (to name a few!) Valentine’s Paper Town Crafts Club at Rocket & Orange Cafe

Join Paper Town Crafts at Rocket & Orange on 13th February from 1.30pm – 4.30pm to make a cute heart sun catcher, perfect for hanging in your window. £4 for 1 child or £6 for 2 children. The Little Mermaid Screening at Victoria Baths, Manchester – Sat 16th Feb

On Saturday 16th February, The Village Screen return to Manchester’s stunning Victoria Baths for a spot of Valentine’s fun, with a screening of Disney’s animated musical classic – The Little Mermaid. Curling up with your loved ones in front of an all-time classic movie is the perfect winter warmer and the Village Screen will be transforming Victoria Baths into a charming cinema for a romantic line up, alongside fantastic street food traders and entertainment. Doors to the event will open at 15:00, with the film screening at 17:00. Pool level tickets are priced at £15 for adults, £13 for students and seniors (60+) and £10 for children. Balcony level tickets are priced at £13 for adults, £11 for students and seniors (60+) and £8 for children. There are also family ticket options and VIP Sofa seating options available.
